In every project I'm responsible for the following activities:

Keep track of change to adopt the agile way of working. Managing delivery, budgets and stakeholders.
Analyse the demand for a product and strategy to obtain market share. Define the direction to follow and facilitate testing to successfully launch the product to the right audience.
Add value by prioritizing the right work, at the right times. Making sure the team is aligned on the reasoning behind work, to ensure the continuous delivery of value to our users.
Break ideas and vision down into stories or actionable chunks of value, and work with the engineering teams to implement them.
